Returns Information
Before you return any products to us, please contact us at Light Sales @ Lights in the Yard via email at info@lightsales.co.uk

We can deal with your return more promptly and will then issue you with a returns number.

In order to process a return, all products must be returned in their original condition with all of the original undamaged packaging and in an outer postal box within 30 days of receiving your order.

Lights in the Yard are not responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted products to be shipped. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.

Refunds information
All our products have a 30-day money back policy. This does not apply to bespoke items or items made to your specification.

In order to qualify for the 30 day policy, the products being returned must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original undamaged packaging complete with any bulbs / parts supplied with it.

The product must be in its original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds should they not meet the above criteria.

Lights in the Yard will only refund the price of the product once it has been received and inspected by us.

Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being supplied.

Once the goods have been returned to Lights in The Yard please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be issued.

Faulty Products

The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of any postal damages or incomplete fittings.

After this period of time, we cannot accept responsibility.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, depending on the customers’ requirements.
If only part of the item is damaged / faulty we will send out a replacement for that part.

In the event that a part cannot be supplied, the complete item will be replaced.

We will pay for the return carriage of damaged or faulty goods.
Regarding damaged or faulty goods we will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer, for example, Electrician fees, loss of earnings etc.
